it is what you might expect
It's a great neighborhood, vibrant, with amazing cafes around, but at the same time quite calm. The apartment itself is cozy, well-equipped for its size. It is though an old building that's been divided at some point into smaller apartments and the noise insulation is very poor. The ventilation isn't particularly stellar, the shower would never dry without opening the door and the balcony. But then, it's quite expected in a building from that time. The bed was comfortable, which is probably the most important thing. Overall you get what you pay for and the communication with the hosting company was really good. They were always quick to respond and willing to help.

the location is great, closed to tram a train stations. it was super clean and comfortable and host was nice. definitely recommended

VERY HIGH PRICE in Nice, Conditioner is a rescue, they don't clean apartment and don't change towels
Conditioner is a rescue, is a saving thing in Nice - it was perfect, otherwise, apartment in approximately normal, except of only 4 towels for 2 people for 5 days and only two toilette papers and 2 soap, nobody will renew it and clean apartment during your stay. Localization is good - close to main streets in the city, to the metro station and to the sea. The first minus is PRICE - it IS HUGE in Nice - for example 5* hotel on Madeira and 4* hotel in Spain and Italy are cheaper than THIS SMALL APARTMENT. Second minus is only 4 towels for 2 people for 5 days and only two toilette papers and 2 soap - nobody will renew it and clean apartment during your stay. The third thing is that owner demands to wash dishes and throw garbage away before leaving - I am on my vacation, I do not want to clean anything, I've paid you BIG MONEY. The fourth minus is once in a while BAD SMELL from bathroom ... 5 - welcoming lady has not known Wi-Fi password and where to find it - I have made it by myself, I have found everything by myself, but it is ridiculous... in several hours owner send it to us...

Merci pour votre commentaire mais en réservant chez un particulier vous devez savoir que ce n'est pas les mêmes prestations que dans un hôtel. A votre arrivée l'appartement est propre avec des serviettes , du linge de lit, et des produits de première neccessité .
