The location and the building was very nice. It was close to the center and there was a parking place near the apartment. Everything was great except the neighbour who kept knocking at our door after midnight. She really scared us but when we inform the house owner, he said he is sorry and that he will talk with the neighbour. I hope other guests won’t experience the same again. Overall, it was a good experience.

Appartement bien situé car proche de la gare de Nice ville et des commerces. Nous étions 3 amis et la surface est tres bien. Par contre, la propreté du logement etait limite. Les ventilateurs n'ont pas été nettoyés depuis bien longtemps. Les cheveux dans le bac à douche... La conciergerie a été réactive en venant les retirer. Appartement calme. N'hesitez à vous arrêter à la boutique de cookies dans la même avenue.

Pour reprendre la situation exact, vous nous avez averti que le ménage était bon mais pas fait correctement. nous nous sommes de suite excusez, et nous nous en excusons encore. Nous vous avons proposer de venir de suite refaire un ménage mais vous n'avez pas voulu, nous vous avons offert une bouteille de rosé et une boîte de chocolat. Cordialement.

Positive: nichts. Negative: Für sechs Nächte haben wir 900 € bezahlt, es war keinen Cent wert. Obwohl ich vorab angekündigt habe – gegen 16:45 Uhr erreichen wir das Ziel, wurden wir nicht empfangen. Nachdem ich einen Sachbearbeiter von Booking diesbezüglich kontaktierte, tauchte der Vermieter gegen 17:50 Uhr auf, in der Hand hatte er ein POS Gerät – wir sollen 400€ Kaution zahlen. Im Apartment gibt es kein Einzelmöbelstück, das 400€ beträgt. Daher meine Frage lautet: wofür genau die 400€? Ich wollte mich duschen, aber Pech gehabt – der Abfluss war verstopft. Als ich das Anliegen dem Vermieter zur Kenntnis brachte, wurde es mir nicht geglaubt. Wir haben gepumpt, bis das Wasser ablief. Der Spülkasten im Badezimmer wird sehr, sehr langsam gefüllt. Alles extrem dreckig und alt.

In comparison to other properties it was just fine for the price and location
Positive: Overall the accommodation was just fine. The location and price were probably the best parts of the apartment; it was an easy 15 minute walk to the old town and the beach, and it seemed like a decent area of the city. The facade of the building was also very beautiful and the apartment itself has great bones. The windows were also very pretty and if the apartment was more done up it could really be gorgeous Negative: CONS: The apartment was not very clean and it was filled with random old “antique” furniture, but really it just seemed like a storage unit for run down things. For example in the bathroom there was a completely broken scale on the floor and the door handles did not work which meant you could not close the door. Not only could you not close the door to the bathroom but almost none of the doors closed either. We also had to do most of the cleaning upon exiting the apartment (clean and put away the dishes, empty the fridge, leave remotes in specific place, take out the trash) which would have been fine if I did not also have to pay a large cleaning fee for the apartment. Another issue I took is that I booked the apartment for 4 adults, which I mentioned at the time of booking, and yet we were only given one set of keys. For two adult couples traveling together this could be a little frustrating at times as it made it hard to go off individual because we were dependent on one another for the keys

Bonjour, L'appartement est pas récent, il a un beau style ancien, mais ceci n'est pas trompeur, on peut le voir sur les photos. Concernant l'eau chaude, il faut attendre un peu qu'elle arrive mais cela n'a rien à voir avec les toilettes. Et pour la porte verrouiller je suis désolé que vous ailliez pas réussi à vous servir de cette dernière, mais nous sommes venu à l'appartement pour vous expliquer comment cela fonctionner. Great value for the price. The place and the area are peaceful; yet close to restaurants, local food stores, open food market (2 min walk/weekends), local bakeries, tram to the city and main train station etc. Good cooking facilities; Lidl and Picard are 5 min. walk. The place it self is not a "typical" airbnb. Lots of personal stuff; hence it feels like being at someones home. However, somehow that feel authentic, and you get a "French feel" to your stay. So the place is really worthy, but not if you have to have it all "tiptop".
