Positive: Die Lage ist zentral in einem schönem Stadtteil nahe der Fußgängerpassage. Das Apartment liegt nach hinten heraus und ist daher angenehm ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es ist auch ein schönes smart TV und sehr schnelles wlan vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist gepflegt und sauber. Negative: No comment

Séjour agréable dans l’ensemble
Positive: Très bien placé proche du centre et de la mer, bon équipement , bien entretenu, agréable Negative: Le couchage du canapé moyennement confortable. Quelques claquements de porte du voisinage. Un peu de bruit à l’étage supérieur mais raisonnable. Hotte cuisine assez bruyante. Le chauffage dans la pièce principale ne fonctionnait pas! Grosses difficultés de stationnement

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé une petite semaine avec mon copain dans ce logement et c'était vraiment super. L'appartement était constitué d'une pièce à vivre et d'une salle de bain. Un peu petit pour y vivre à temps plein mais parfait pour un moment en amoureux. La communication était super, le logement très bien situé et propre. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et nous vous recommandons le logement si vous êtes de passage à Nice et que vous souhaitez visiter la ville. Vous êtes super bien situé. Je recommande à fond !!!

Very lovely studio
Positive: Very lovely studio! We walked everywhere and it we felt very safe! The room is enough for two people with closet space so we could store everything. Negative: The kitchen utensils were not very clean. We cleaned wverything before using for the first time. The apartment has a cleaning service, but I think it's only for the apartment itself. I think i would be a good investment that they would check the kitchen utensils (plates, pots, glasses, forks, knifes, etc) and clean them as well before a new arrival.

- No air conditioning (listing indicated the apartment had A/C) - Mosquitos : my spouse and I had to keep windows open during night to cool off the appartement and were bitten both over two dozen times - Sofa bed is uncomfortable and noisy - Property Manager (« immoloc inc ») advised us on our arrival day that we could only have access to the apartment at 6:45pm (vs 4:00pm as per the listing) therefore leaving us stranded in the city with your suitcases for over an hour - Property Manager requires that the payment be done on a separate platform (not the VRBO platform) therefore you do not benefit from VRBO contractual protections - Property Manager insisted on taking a 300 € security deposit which he « reserves » the right to keep if the dishes are not cleaned, or if the garbage is not taken out (etc.) - Property manager was slower to refund the security deposit - Do not book listings managed by Immoloc

Geräumige, gut gelegene Wohnung, allerdings Zeit für den Check In einplanen.
Positive: Küche super ausgestattet - alles was man braucht. Öl, Essig und Gewürze waren von Vormietern vermutlich noch vorhanden. Genug Platz für zwei Personen. Wir konnten spontan eine Stunde früher einchecken. Der richtige Carrefour, 7min entfernt, empfiehlt sich zum einkaufen aufgrund bedeutend geringerer Preise. Bilder entsprechen der Unterkunft, das Haus von außen kann man sich über Maps ansehen, die Adresse stimmt. Negative: Wir wurden vorher nicht über den Check In informiert und haben zunächst die Unterkunft nicht gefunden, da diese von außen nicht als solche erkennbar ist. Hier sollte vorab die Unterkunft bzgl. Absprache des Check Ins kontaktiert werden. Anschließend kommt extra jemand vorbei und bringt den Schlüssel. Das hat bei uns fast eine Stunde gedauert. Es handelt sich um ein einzelnes Apprtment in einem normalen Wohnhaus, hier kann man also keine Koffer unterstellen am An- oder Abreisetag. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, daher ist es relativ warm in der Unterkunft.

Perfecte ligging en een moderne studio, maar service kan iets beter.
Positive: Het was erg schoon en het zag er netjes uit. De kamer was modern en gelukkig was er een ventilator. De keuken was prima! Negative: De eigenaresse had er ons op gewezen dat wij absoluut niet een kwartier later aan mochten komen en dat om 16:00 stipt iemand voor ons daar zou staan met de sleutel. Dit bleek echter niet zo te zijn. Nadat wij na een half uur te hebben gewacht, kwam er iemand, maar wederom hebben wij hier een half uur op gewacht. Dit was erg jammer, temeer omdat wij onze bagage bij ons hadden en dit enkel eerder dan 16:00 konden afleveren als wij 30 euro extra zouden betalen. Verder was er geen olie om mee te koken aanwezig, wat wel erg fijn was geweest. Bovendien was het erg warm in de kamer, een airco zou beter zijn geweest dan een ventilator aangezien er ook maar één raam is in de kamer die open kan. Daarnaast zouden andere kussens ook fijn zijn. De kussens van het bed zijn erg zacht waardoor je snel last krijgt van je rug.

Lots of space in the wardrobe with coat hangers Negative: - Comfort - The pullout couch bed was not the best, as well as the sleeping pillows, they were thin. - Communication - we had a contact and a time set for the check-in, but we didn't know that the contact wasn't speaking English, also the person they sent to welcome us to the apartment didn't speak english, but we of course managed to communicate it out in the end.

L'appartement est d'une propreté irréprochable à un emplacement parfait pour un séjour à Nice en étant proche de la plage et du vieux Nice tout en étant quasi au centre ville. Deux petits bémols par contre, le canapé lit grince affreusement et cela en bougeant à peine mais cela a été indiqué donc cela devrait changer et l'appartement est assez chaud car il prend le soleil toute la journée. (pour ceux présents en période de chaleur) Il est donc difficile de dormir sans avoir le ventilateur allumé toute la nuit car l'appartement ne se refroidit pas assez même en ayant les fenêtres ouvertes. Très peu de vent vu qu'il donne sur une cour fermée.

Positive: Понравилось абсолютно все!!! Отличное расположение, всё в пешей доступности: шоппинг, рестораны, Старая Ницца, музеи и Море!!! Я была в Ницце 4 раза, и это было самое лучшее проживание. Удобно и быстро добираться до/ из аэропорта, на трамвае номер 2 минут 40. Студия чистая и уютная, стильный дизайн, всё подобрано со вкусом, есть вся необходимая посуда для приготовления еды. Очень порадовало наличие стиральной машины и утюга. Есть даже такая мелочь, как фумигатор ( открывали окно на ночь, залетали комары))) Negative: Всё ок!

Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, dennoch ruhig. Bettsofa nicht sonderlich bequem, Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage. Die Kommunikation und der Empfang waren ok, hätten etwas kundenfreundlicher ausfallen dürfen. Wir mussten unsere Check-out-Zeit bestätigen, bevor wir überhaupt wussten, wann wir einchecken können. Antworten auf unsere Fragen liessen etwas auf sich warten. Scheint eine Agentur dahinter zu stecken, denn wir hatten diverse Ansprechpersonen.

Great place, very clean, and 10 min walking distance to the beach, old Nice, and good clubs/restaurants which was convenient. Host was for the most part very helpful but had some delays with responding and the water heater inside the apartment had to be turned on and only gave us enough hot water for barely one shower which we were not aware of. But overall great stay would highly recommend!

Sehr schönes Appartement in bester Lage. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: von der Fusselrolle übers Bügeleisen bis zum Toaster ist alles da. Daher auch für längere Aufenthalte geeignet. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, für weitere Strecken optimale Anbindung an die ÖPNV. Zahlreiche gute Restaurants in der Nähe.

Apartment was spotless. Good communication from hosts about check in times. Bed is a sofa bed. No air con, but fan provided. It’s small but very comfortable for 1-2 people.
