Un appartement fonctionnel et bien situé
L’appartement est très bien situé, très central. En revanche le canapé lit est très inconfortable et grince dès qu’on se retourne!

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé une petite semaine avec mon copain dans ce logement et c'était vraiment super. L'appartement était constitué d'une pièce à vivre et d'une salle de bain. Un peu petit pour y vivre à temps plein mais parfait pour un moment en amoureux. La communication était super, le logement très bien situé et propre. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et nous vous recommandons le logement si vous êtes de passage à Nice et que vous souhaitez visiter la ville. Vous êtes super bien situé. Je recommande à fond !!!

To avoid
- No air conditioning (listing indicated the apartment had A/C) - Mosquitos : my spouse and I had to keep windows open during night to cool off the appartement and were bitten both over two dozen times - Sofa bed is uncomfortable and noisy - Property Manager (« immoloc inc ») advised us on our arrival day that we could only have access to the apartment at 6:45pm (vs 4:00pm as per the listing) therefore leaving us stranded in the city with your suitcases for over an hour - Property Manager requires that the payment be done on a separate platform (not the VRBO platform) therefore you do not benefit from VRBO contractual protections - Property Manager insisted on taking a 300 € security deposit which he « reserves » the right to keep if the dishes are not cleaned, or if the garbage is not taken out (etc.) - Property manager was slower to refund the security deposit - Do not book listings managed by Immoloc

Excellent location and apartment in Nice
The location is perfect, everything is close and nearby, whether by foot or the train station/bus stops. - The apartment was clean and has everything you might even not need, a washing machine, nespresso machine, a small sewing kit, large tv etc. It has a very nice and new kitchen and bathroom, very well equipped. Lots of space in the wardrobe with coat hangers.

Very nice Studio! Super location! Well equipped with everything necessary. 5-10 min walk to Massena and to the beach. The only thing I need there- the air conditioning . All the rest is the best!

Superbe séjour et placement idéal sur Nice
Venue avec ma fille pour le week-end de Pâques nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce studio agréable et rénové avec goût Idéalement situé à 10mn à pied du cours Saleya et du quartier Massena Je recommande fortement !

Séjour très confortable pour 2 personnes, tout est à disposition que ce soit en appartement ou en extérieur, proche de tout (centre commercial, plage, bars et restaurants).
