it was okay
A lot of little things where missing in the apartment. An incomplete list of missing things - a knife for bread - tools for cooking. i had to buy myself and left it there. - not enough tabs for the dishwasher (two for 4 people for 5 days) - no working heater in the bedroom - rarely enough bags for the garbage - the remote for the main TV is rarely working. i used my mobile as an universal remote. I guess not every guest knows this option. The communication is very clear yet not very friendly. I always had the feeling that i am not a beloved guest. Check in was terrible. I travelled since many years and many countrys and this was the first time ever that someone needed an consigne. Stop that. It was necesary that we need to sepcify a specific arrival time. When you are traveling, especialy with kids, this is not always possible. Stop that. We are in Holiday, no need to have more stress with check in. I highly recommend for check in to use a key box, a description for the way to the garage and flat. And no personal staff contact! Helpfull would be an explanation for the garbage. We found no place for empty glass bottles. I have no idea how this works in france. the flat itself is great. Awesome view. Great rooms. if there are questions send me an email. Regards Danny

Bonjour, vous êtes des voyageurs et nous nous sommes une équipe avec une organisation et un planning , c'est pour cela que nous demandons l'heure d'arrivée afin de satisfaire tous nos voyageurs .Si vous avez un retard on vous demande de prévenir 1 heure avant, afin d'éviter un déplacement inutile. Je vous ai attentu je suis venue pour rien vous m'avez prévenu 3 minutes avant votre heure prévue, je suis donc partie puis revenue pour vous accueillir , et je vous ai accueilli avec le sourire et je vous ai bien donné toutes les consignes utiles à votre séjour . Quand vous m'avez parlé de stress je vous ai bien dit que c'est une organisation et non un stress !! Nous gérons de nombreux logements , et chez nous pas de boîte à clés , accueil physique à mon avis vous êtes tellement habitué à cela.......que le côté humain vous a échappé . Le logement est bien équipé au niveau vaisselle et autre . Pour les pastilles lave vaisselle nous en mettons 2 à disposition mais après pour les séjours plus long c'est aux voyageurs de s'en procurer. Pour le couteau à pain nous verrons avec le propriétaire. The apartment was perfect for anyone with their own transport. The facilities were superb and they have thought of everything with regards to utilities. I would have no problem recommending them. The pool is a nice touch. The only critique was the location was a bit isolated with very little around it in terms of shops or pubs/Restaurants. Bellissimo appartamento
Un po’ fuori mano ma bellissimo appartamento. Circa 20 minuti dal centro, c’è il bus ma meglio con macchina o Uber, c’è il parcheggio la piscina e il Wi-Fi, ottime dotazioni, consigliabile. Se non ci andate voi ritorno io

Liked · The apartment was never too hot, thanks to a mild win at such an altitude. Luminous and nicely decorated. View is beautiful. Swimming pool is cool, but we ended up using it only in once in three days. There are all the amenities we can think of (including convenient garage in the basement, washing machine, Wi-Fi & coffee machine). Pictures are accurate. Disliked · The rental is managed by an agency and not the owners. The agency seems to be a very busy one: good for them, but for us it meant that (1) they don't always respond as fast as you would want them to (but they provide good service if you can wait) and (2) they required timely appointments for the hand-over of the keys, which is not very convenient when you are traveling by road. We ended up paying an extra 40€ because of our late arrival.

Pleasant stay
We had a great stay at this apartment with swimming pool and a great view of the sea. The apartment was clean and spacious. We also felt safe with the security measures in place. It came equipped with private carpark space and all the amenities listed. A couple of things to note: The air con was only in the living room and the bedrooms were a bit stuffy because we had no ventilation in the bedrooms when the aircon was turned on in the living room. We also had to leave our bedroom doors open to allow ventilation. Would be good to provide a fan for the bedrooms to promote ventilation. In the cooler months, it would be fine if the windows are open, but not so great for summer.
